Vintage 70s 80s Cotton Poly Shirt Dress w/ Pockets

This is a vintage shirt dress made of a beige cotton polyester blend fabric, with red buttons and red contrast stitching. I would say it is probably from the 70s or 80s, copying a 50s style. Elastic waist with belt loops and pockets! I've never worn it, but it has a faint makeup mark on the collar as pictured. Please check the measurements!
