Is the waist 32" stretched? If not what will it stretch to?

@elegantmouse I just measured and flat honestly it’s a bit bigger than 32”, more like 34” and if I stretch it out it goes to 60”, but keep in mind it’s pleated so stretching a lot affects the pleats
