sensayshunelHello, Sarah, I have unfortunate news. After I washed thesheers on gentle and was folding them, I saw a snag tht had a teeny tear in it. It must have happened in the washer even though I did it on the gentle cycle. I am very sorry. I tried to add a pic of the snag before canceling the order, but because it was already purchased, I could not edit theitem description/add a photo. I am truly sorry, as these are so cute and sweet. I have no idea how that happened so easily. Very very sorry.

sensayshunel@sarahadelaide Hello! I tried to edit after. It still said not editable. I also found a loose thread was one of the edges on one of the butterflies/dragonflies unraveling, sadly. In storage too long maybe. I can try to make them available for sale again then edit/add the pics. After that I will mark them as not for sale until I hear back from you. The information is that the package was "out for delivery" on September 15th, and then there's no further information after that. I had another package which stopped tracking, and Poshmark issued a refund to the buyer and a credit to me. I wonder if I should contact Poshmark about this one because the same thing seems to be happening. Hmm.

It says on the FAQ page: Orders placed through an offer are final sale and cannot be cancelled as an accidental purchase. I can't cancel the order. I have already paid. The best is you can refund me some of the total, or we go through the Poshmark admin for the refund.
