Hi, does this have shoulder pads? Also, is this more of an oversized fit or would I need to size up?

@bavant5 Hi! It is true to size for style,The style is not fitted. It is loose as seen on model. If you do like a more oversized look you could size up 1 size. There are no shoulder pads. :)
