Forever 21 sweetheart strapless rose print dress

Worn only a few times. Has a few spots of slight discoloring as pictured. I don’t think it’s all that noticeable when worn - Dress is form fitting for a large - forever 21 runs a little small so I could wear this dress as a medium also
