Hi, I was lucky enough to get a pair directly from Jeffrey Campbell. My wife LOVES them. They turn heads and are a conversation piece whenever she wears them. Sooo many compliments. Unfortunately Jeffrey Campbell said they are not restocking these. If you find a pair definitely size up at least a half size.

@c_odds I finally got a pair in my usual size and they are a bit tight but I think they will stretch a bit. there is a hidden wedge heel that is at least 3 inches high so I would rather have it snug than risk it getting loose. I would say if you have narrow or regular feet you should be good with your usual size or go half a size up for comfort. hope that helps!
