martus @ra8cel This one is between medium to full coverage so it feels a bit heavier on the skin but not overly, just that itโ€™s not as lightweight as the other and also leaves skin looking smooth and youthful.

martus @bearden2 Hi, sure! My light skin buyers usually go for either Porcelain, Light Ivory or Light Rose. Unfortunately I only have the Light Ivory in stock but have Porcelain and Light Rose in my other foundation - Age Defying. I'll tag you in it now. The Porcelain is usually the lightest tone in any series of foundations, made for fairest skin types. Light Rose has some rosie/cold tones in it and Light Ivory has warmer tones.

I won't be able to do this hold for you (as I normally don't do them, got burned too many times) but I'll have more coming in mid July if this won't last by Friday. martus @bearden2 Currently i use the natural beige in age defying and a light ivory in mineral mixed together. I could suggest the same combination or light ivory in Mineral mixed with Porcelain in Age Defying. I'm not sure if this mix will be too late for you though? You could just try the light ivory in mineral and see how you like the shade on its own. I have a feeling it will work just fine for you on it's own.

martus @deesgirlz Hmm, that's a bit of a tough one. The natural beige is my most popular shade and it is very natural looking on your skin and it works for most complexions during summer for sure. If you wanted to go for the light ivory, unfortunately I will not have it in until mid August the earliest. My first choice for you all would be to try the natural beige, I believe you'll be happy with the result.

martus @deesgirlz Second recommendation is to get both the natural beige and porcelain and mix them together which will create the lighter beige shade. And the third is to basically just wait for the light ivory to come in. I hope that was somehow helpful and please don't hesitate to ask anything else.

After reading your description I can comfortably recommend the Light Rose in the Age Defying. I think it'll match your skin tone very well because it's on the lighter side and has some cold/Rose tones in it. I'll tag you in that listing now and you can tell me what you think.

martus @jennabug77 Hi! Thank you for reaching out. Well, it sounds like you and I have the same skin types and complexions! I would recommend the Natural Beige for you for the yellow undertones. That's the one I am using. However, I am not sure if it will be dark enough? I am Tan too but not overly.. you can try the Rose Beige which is a tad darker. The swatch shows it pretty accurately. It's consider a cold tone though so not sure if that's okay with you?

Whatever shade you think will work best! Iโ€™ve tried (literally) every foundation Sephora has and still am in the search for my โ€œ unicorn โ€œ foundation!

These foundations mix very well with others so if the shade isn't a match a 100%, you always makes with others to achieve it.

Usually, if my customer is not sure about the shade I will go into their profile photo and advise on the shade that I Think will work best for them. I just saw your picture and I am pretty confident the light ivory will be the best match for you. I will be getting that shade at the end of August as I mentioned earlier. In other cases I will advise myself By either looking at the buyers profile picture or buy them tell me what skin type and tone they have. martus It is definitely great for oily skin as I have one myself and use it all the time. Iโ€™m not sure if it oxidize though. I also do not know when will I be restocking this it could be around January or after Easter. I do have wonderful reviews on my age defying foundation if you would like to give it a shot before this one arrives. Again itโ€™s a medium coverage but gives such beautiful natural, smooth and radiant look that you cannot go wrong with.

Itโ€™s very unfortunate because it lowers the chance of spreading the word about this great product. The colors are very similar, the difference is pretty much in the coverage. The other one is a little bit lighter in coverage. To me there is no difference, I love them equally and switch between them depending on whatโ€™s in stock.

I just donโ€™t know if itโ€™s the lighting or is this how your skin tone naturally look. I have a plenty of buyers will order the rose beige and never complain about it being too pink.

martus @autrey1012 I personally have never used it because my skin is olive and I only feel good in warm tones. The rose beige is considered a cool tone. So I guess itโ€™s up to you to decide which tone you feel more comfortable in. For example my mom likes using the rose beige because she feels good in the cooler tones.

martus @autrey1012 Based on looking at your photo, yes. I do think that the rose beige will be better. I have written two more messages right above this one so take a look at it if you havenโ€™t read it yet. I was explaining the difference between wearing warm and cool tones. I saw ultimately it would have to be your choice in which tone you feel more comfortable.

autrey1012 Go ahead and put the Rose beige in, I usually have to mix the ivory with the beige to get the right color but my skin tones like a peachier color for blush. What do you use in addition to the foundation and how do you apply it to get the look you have? Itโ€™s gorgeous! That is how I want my makeup to look!! ๐Ÿ’•

martus @autrey1012 Ok, Iโ€™m switching to the Rose Beige. I believe youโ€™re making the right choice. I use the primer to start. I have something I am working on to put up here to sell. It has a gorgeous subtle shimmer to it and gives the skin extra glow. Iโ€™ll let you know once itโ€™s up. After applying foundation I go ahead and put the concealer underneath my eyes, bridge of my nose, a little bit of my four head and chin and bland that with a damp beauty blender.

martus @autrey1012 I get my beauty blender from Walmart and it is from the real techniques, it has an orange color. Definitely recommend those! i use it first blend my foundation and then blend my concealer. Then I put a pressed powder, preferably translucent. Then I use a bronzer to contour on my face. Currently using the Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour kit. I also like the two faced bronzer. Then goes the blush, I use the BH cosmetics blush set.And then I applied the highlight.

martus @autrey1012 I love this combination on me and it takes me around 5 minutes to do it ๐Ÿ˜‰, I got pretty good at it! Years of practice :) I highly recommend the BH cosmetics brushes. I have a set for contour and powder etc. Those are the thicker ones and I love them.

autrey1012 @martus I do use a primer and I have a highlighter that I use to the same areas you mentioned I havenโ€™t used a bronzer although I have a two toned one however, my finish never looks like that!!! Yours is so perfect and flawless! Is it even possible at my age (I donโ€™t feel old but obviously I donโ€™t have the youthful look of someone your age but I want the look and to look as youthful and with a glow as much as I possibly can!!! ๐Ÿ˜‰

I used to have a favorite that I decided to list here but the company discontinued it right after I listed, so sad. So unfortunately I donโ€™t have any recommendation at this time. There is one that I used to use from Maybelline the instant age eraser dark circles concealer. I thought it was really good.

martus @autrey1012 yes, for sure it is possible. You just have to keep testing products until you get to the ideal combo. It took me years to find out what really works for me. The company that makes the foundations is wonderful but a bit pricey and unfortunately I canโ€™t bring all of their products here. This foundation is so amazing and itโ€™s a great starting point in creating the perfect make up look. Iโ€™m glad you will be trying them and look forward to see what you think. ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’—

martus @kayperrault honestly the closest color will be rose beige. It is a cool shade as suppose to a warm tone shade so Iโ€™m not sure if that works for you. I personally have an olive skin and go between natural beige and the light ivory. I use the light ivory in the winter when my skin is lighter. Let me know if you have any additional questions ๐Ÿ˜‰

The swatches I shown in photos are pretty accurate. Currently I am using a primer from the same company. Unfortunately I do not have this one available. Are used to use the Lโ€™Oreal primer that comes in small glass jar and I was very pleased with it.

martus The difference between the two foundations is that the mineral one is considered full coverage and the age defying itโ€™s considered medium coverage. angie_roush @martus also I may need more the age defying than anything. Iโ€™m 41 & starting to show fine lines and wrinkles, especially around my eyes and I have a horrible problem trying to find a foundation that doesnโ€™t cake and make the fine lines worse. Iโ€™ve tried so many different brands of foundation even Iโ€™ll Makiage and nothing matches well, cakes up or is heavy on my skin still showing blemishes/dark spots.

angie_roush @martus ok. Iโ€™ll try the light rose. Iโ€™ve used Urban Decay for a while. Itโ€™s been the closest match I could find lately along without being too heavy and better coverage. Iโ€™ll Makiage was just way too heavy on my skin. It felt suffocating. The concealer wasnโ€™t bad but no way on their foundation. Iโ€™ll give the light rose a try then if you have one handy. martus @hairtodi4 I use the Natural Beige in summer and light ivory in winter. My skin complexion is olive and I like wearing warm tones which is what those two shades are. The light rose & rose beige have a cool undertone to them so it depends what you like better on you. I hope this is helpful. I could find the tones you told me about online?

I could also recommend Rosa beige but that shade is more of a cool, rosie tone and Iโ€™m not sure if thatโ€™s something you are comfortable in. martus @destiniblack40 Hi, yes, I think you should be good with just the light ivory but, if you would like to be on the safe side and get both at once you could do that too. Iโ€™m certain youโ€™ll be able to use them mixed so they wouldnโ€™t go to waste. It is really up to you at this point. You can always come back for the porcelain if the light ivory is too dark but that will make you pay for the shipping twice. Iโ€™m sorry, I hope this is not too confusing?? ๐Ÿ’—๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿฆ‹

martus @brendasingleton Hi, the long wear mineral foundation is considered a full coverage and the age defying a medium coverage. The age defying foundation is discontinued and most likely I will not be getting it anymore. Even though the mineral foundation is considered a Full coverage, when you put it on it covers most imperfections making the skin look smooth and flawless without feeling heavy on the face.

martus @tbarber1519 Hi! Yes, you picked the ones that go best with warm undertone. Those are the shades that I use depending on the season we are in. In the summer I use natural beige and winter light ivory when my skin is lighter. Iโ€™m basically the same in terms of my skin complexion as you are so I can definitely recommend either one of these shades (or both) ๐Ÿงก

martus @310sully Hi! No worries. I just looked it up. Unfortunately I donโ€™t have just one in mind for you. I could either recommend the Light Ivory, Natural Beige or Rose Beige (sold out). I believe you could go for either Natural Beige or Light Ivory. If your skin is on a lighter side then maybe Light Ivory? I use it in the winter when my skin is lighter. I have a olive skin with warm tones. I I hope this is somewhat helpful ๐ŸŒผ

The mineral is considered a full coverage and age was considered a medium. Even though the mineral is full coverage it doesnโ€™t feel like youโ€™re wearing that much makeup at all. Itโ€™s smooth and looks very natural.

I actually use these: in the winter I go for my light ivory & summer Natural Beige when Iโ€™m a bit darker. This has a smooth and natural formula do it shouldnโ€™t cause creasing. martus @katiebatchel280 Sure, The porcelain is my lightest shade and it is geared toward very fair complexionโ€™s. Light rose and rose beige work well for red undertones and are considered cool shades. Light rose is for lighter complexion and rose beige for darker ones. Light ivory has warm undertones and works for Light to medium complexions And the natural beige is my best seller, with warm undertones works for medium to darker complexionโ€™s. Are use the natural beige in the summer when I am tan.
