HI I rec'd the necklace today and tts choking me. this picture of where it lays does not lay on me like that. its on my throat. can I return this and can you make me a longer one? If not how can we solve this problem. I cant wear it.

length in the description for reference. I don’t mind altering the necklace but in order to return it and for me to send you another one, you would have to contact poshmark. Hope this helps.
