Beautiful navy floral strapless A-line dress with removal/adjustable straps (never before used.) Embroidered flower detail above the waist. Elastic bra built-in. Hidden side zipper. Fully lined. Slight faded discoloration under armpit area (see photo #5.) Otherwise in good used condition. Dry clean only. 2 for 1 deal: Periwinkle shrug included! LOFT size small.

@windgate534356 Hi! No, the dress is not new. It has been worn 3 times. There is slight discoloration in the under arm area. It fits fairly true to size of a 4P. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
