This item is gently used and shows minimal signs of visible wear and(shows scuffs/scratches/tarnishing on hardware, overall exterior shows areas with a few minimal stains from wear. There is also a small scratch on the back of the bag. Was there when I originally purchased the bag, seems to be a box cutter that made the cut mark.
