dearellyshop Hello! Laying flat, the size small is 13 inches across the elastic waist and 27 inches long from the top of the paper bag waist to the edge of the skirt. I love this one, the material is super soft and comfortable! I feel like I'm channeling my inner Joanna Gaines when I dress it down with a grey t-shirt and leather sandals!
