Berea Animal Rescue Fund (aka ARF) does a TREMENDOUS job of taking in countless strays, animals needing rehousing (aka surrenders), senior animals, unwanted puppies & kitties, etc.! Many of these animals come in with severe medical conditions. ๐ข

@shoes456 Awwwwe Tia, thank you!! I just love the animals! Itโs so heartbreaking sometimes though. Having to see very neglected animals is not the fun side of volunteering at the shelter, but when they return to health and find a home, itโs just THE BEST โฅ๏ธ!!!

still trying to adjust to our โnew normโ here in my home. My pup, Ruggie really seems to miss Peanut; itโs heartbreaking to watch. He keeps sniffing the areas where Peanut normally laid and slept around the house ๐ข๐. Heโs definitely grieving the lose of his buddy.

I too am a foster fail! I foster neo-natal babies and while they are my passion, we fostered a big dog a couple of years ago and just couldnโt let him go! Bless you for loving and taking care of these precious creatures.

@annoster Awwww how wonderful! A dachshund rescue. Our Leo is part dachshund, but heโs mainly chihuahua (44% according to the DNA ๐งฌ test results) ๐๐ญ!! We have a foster right now named, Linus.
