@deenaruiz15 hi 18 inches across bust - length is adjustable- if you adjust strap midway it’s 23 inches but you can make it longer or shorter by adjusting the strap

@deenaruiz15 no problem! It’s def true to size for medium so if you’re normally a SZ small it would be too big . That’s why I’m selling - I’m usually SZ small so it’s loose on me
