Love the color of this washed black and how the Embroidered appliqués Pop! The reds, pinks, greens and black are just gorgeous! Frayed hem and oh! So soft! Material is 66% Cotton, 32 Poly and 2% Elastane. This has comfy stretch to it, which I appreciate in a short! Measurements taken flat are 18” waist stretches easily to 20”. 10” rise, 12 1/2 front length, 14” back.
