oshannonogans @kellyandlarry the box is definitely included. What I am going to do it take a picture with measuring tape, so that can give a better idea. He has no clue what size it is. haha And, neither do I. I apologize for that.

oshannonogans @kellyandlarry size 11. I found a way to calculate it. 20.6mm is a size 11. It is .8125 in., which is 20.6mm.
