This size XS dress was worn once, so it is in great condition. It comes with a matching hair bow with a flower. It has a satin lining and a top covered in mesh and sequins. The top is a halter design that clips around the neck but it also has shoulder straps. The bottom has a soft underskirt with a tulle, glitter, sequin skirt. The waist and straps have a bit of a stretch to them. Don’t miss out on this great deal bc these kinds of dresses are soooo expensive when purchased new!

emacmannis@browny43 oh ok I got it now😂 thank you for explaining! The leotard inside is about 17 inches. It’s extremely stretchy, so it fit my cousins who were tinier than that, as well as their taller friend who got the same size. It stretches easily to 18 and 19 inches, but didnt hang down on my cousins. I think it’s bc it’s really good quality
