If bling is your thing, this skirts for you! This is a shiny skirt with silver, gold, and black studs forming into geometric shapes. There are a small amount of studs missing, but hardly noticable, as you can see from the pictures. It's labeled as a size 10 and I measured it laying flat and it's 15 in. across at the top, 18 in. across at the bottom, and 14 1/2 in. from top to bottom. It has a zipper and clasp at the side.
