cassandra8187 @amkhan I have. Only a couple have I had the item sent back. I’m human and mistakes happen. I’ve accidentally put the wrong labels on 2 boxes before. I have accidentally sent the wrong item. I usually catch it before it goes to poshmark and try my best to fix the situation. It is always upsetting when something happens but people usually understand and know that I’m trying my best and most are nice about it. Whatever the issue.. I ALWAYS MAKE IT RIGHT.
