mems3 The zipper looks fab. Did LV require you to chose proof of purchase before having it repaired? I have a keepall from 1992 that I would love to get replaced.

triciajanzen @mems3 I bought it from someone who did it. LV won’t replace anything that isn’t theirs. Once I purchased the bag I had it authenticated professionally as I do with everything . Too many fakes out there and no way do I ever want to be stuck with one ! That’s why I stick with poshmark.

triciajanzen @mems3 you can take any item to them for a quote . I’ve taken several things in for quotes . I had a quote to do a speedy 30 once that was close to 480 but that’s like a brand new bag when it’s done. It’s so worth doing !
