Guess off the shoulder little black dress

Decent used condition, a few of the stitches came out of the back netting panel near zipper (as shown in photo) but is still wearable, especially with a couple of stitches. Flattering fit and flare shape with sassy net panels at neckline and back. Pit to pit measures 16.5-17 inches. Waist to hem measures 16.5 inches
