rym_space @classylady247 hi, I always wear 7.5 but on this shoe i had to wear 7. I have narrow feet and the shoe would slip out when I walk with a 7.5 unless your foot is wide I would suggest sizing down or if you don't feel comfortable sizing down you could get a 9 and if the shoe slips out when you walk you can get those inserts to keep your feer steady . Hope this helps
