jmevitali @paulasparkin23 I am a size 12 in jeans and weigh 173 and I'm only 5'5 I have the 4x and 3x. the 4 was easier to put on and I had it on the last hook but the 3x I had to have help pit8it on and it bruised my ribs. hope this helps.
