This dress is made from what looks like a gold colored crushed velvet/velour and has a gold tone chain belt that ties with the same gold fabric,belt looks heavy, but is lightweight. Buttons are metal with a crest on them, military shoulder straps with buttons, two breast pockets. Small side vents. There are a few places around the upper hemline where the stitches are loose(see photos),this dress has a double hemline, the lower stitches are all tight and intact. No tags, see measurements.
