Vintage Pier 1 Fancy Pencils

Box of Vintage Pier one fancy pencils with flower scene on them. Box measures approx 7" × 2" × 1". Comes with 12 pencils that measure approx 6 3/4". Would make a lovely friendship or teacher gift.
