Everyone please beware of scammers! Buyers will DESTROY a brand new product to get an approved return. Username @abarre08, under Eric Barrett and Amy Barrett inflicted the damages. I’ve sent a brand nwt coach wallet. They claimed zipper wasn’t working, even though they were tested for photos, and before preparing the item for shipment. When it was returned, the zipper was 100% locked & crooked. It was impossible for me to open it..

affordablepurse CONTINUED.. I took it apart today and noticed the inside zipper was also locked up. Tag is missing, and the inside was sliced by a sharp object

ktinajolene @affordablepurse hmm maybe they stole this one and it got damaged for the alarm sensor where ever they got it (pic looks like maybe something was stuck through it) and kept the good one to sell or try and return to where they took it and gave you the one they messed up.. Just a hunch by looking at the pic.. Karma honey, will get them

affordablepurse @letshowlove most of the time they side with the buyer. Try to provide as much evidence as possible. I even filed a better business bureau claim and they denied my claim 3 times. As soon as they scammed me, they haven’t logged back in since! Jerks! Probably out there creating more accounts to scam others.

leolady821 @affordablepurse I used to sell on here a few months ago. This happened to me twice. I provided so much evidence that I was being scammed and still poshmark took the buyers' side both times. I finally gave up and stopped selling.

maddmadd27 Posh is good at rejecting these claims. Same happened to me w/a Lululemon vest, in perfect condition. buyer took photos of “my” vest showing all kinds of stains. Even took a photo of what she claimed was my vest & they weren’t even same color. She told Posh she wasn’t looking to return but wanted 50.00 of money back. I had my own photos & back up. Posh rejected her claim. Take lots of photos even if you don’t post them &save until item is accepted. sad that people do this. I’m sorry!

maddmadd27 @affordablepurse it’s horrible, but the majority are good people. I had one lady accuse me of the shoes being two different colors (really?!) AND cuss me out on Posh! Posh rejected her, as well. There are a few bad apples (selling replicas makes me furious!), but I think most of us are good!! Good luck with your sales!

With the company tissue paper...that I never sent with it...? That was a dead giveaway I knew she switched them :/ What comes around goes around

alisamcr11 @affordablepurse Shared, I had a lady buy two items of juicy Couture and claimed that she never received the item. Yet, the ups said it was delivered directly to the person. I still got paid, but the buyer also got refunded, and my items I sold to her. I hope it was true, but now I see this and think otherwise. Pretty low.

Poshmark needs to do a better job in monitoring this. I thought they would do in depth investigation@ but I guess not. Thank you, just have to be cautious in buyers.

The sad thing is that I have actually sent poshmark evidence to prove that the person was lying and they still sided with the person. A lot of people often say to record yourself with the printed label as you package the item but come on, why should we have to do all that? Why aren’t pictures enough?

_theoasis_ Not to mention, the people who get their money back from poshmark are those with social media influence that can bring attention to the issue and can make them look bad. As sellers we will all experience this at some point or another. That sucks because at a 20% commission they should have our backs and to the minim they should be unbiased.
