hassettmady Hi! ❤️ Quick question - when I purchased this, I thought the size “OS” meant that this was a large bag, since the bigger totes also have “OS” listed... Is there any way I can return this & buy one of your bigger ones? I’m so sorry, I was confused!!

splendidstuff @hassettmady we list all bags as OS but we put a dimension on the listing. We do not keep the same color with large size in inventory. I can contact Tory tomorrow. We only have the cream color for large in our inventory. But the price is much higher. We stock this particular model and size because its more popular than the large ones.

splendidstuff @hassettmady if you go to our closet. we listed a cream one. And go ahead and bundle that so we can talk privately in the bundle about the price. Then once you purchase it. You can open a case for returning the item and I will accept the return. All you have to do is put the bag back in the box and print the label and ship it back to us.
