empathlane @geishagirl336 medium on the top is about 15 1/2” but that’s cause it’s adjustable with the strings on the back and it was kinda lose and as far open. The skirt was about 14 1/2”. Thats for size medium. The mannequin is wearing size small and the mannequins dimensions is Bust: 35 Inches Waist: 24 Inches Hips: 33 Inches.

cheryloja The large skirt would fit a 50" booty. Mine is only 39". But, since it's big, it fits low on hips, which is why I'd have to hem off most (2/3) of the flowers, up to the blue one. I'm going out of town tomorrow, so I'll probably just have it altered at my destination. If I had time to receive it, I'd get the size S. 😢 Top fits great. If you haven't sold it when I get back, I'll buy the size small.
