Mid Rise Handmade Flare Skirt

Mid rise flare skirt. Handmade. New, has not been worn. Detailed skirt styles pictured on the skirt. Lined underneath, with elastic waist band. Will look great with different colored tops to highlight the beige, hot pink, blue, turquoise and yellow in the skirt detail. One size fits most. Would probably fit sizes 2 to 10 best.
