whiskeyandcats @shaibomb it is a high waisted skirt, or at least its meant to be. I suppose you can wear it however you choose though. I would have to wear it higher since I'm 5'5 unless I wanted it to drag on the ground or wore heels. I'll get the measurements for you tomorrow after work 😊
