F21 Belted Patterned Shift Dress

Beautiful ornate print dress with a pocket on the front chest and a small v-neck. Can be belted with a belt/sash made from the same fabric. If belted, there can be a bit of pleating. Rayon. Measured flat across, unbelted, approximately- v-neck: 6" PTP: 22" Waist: 21" Hips: 22" Length: 34-35" It looks like it's 1" longer in the middle.
