makashwagHello! I absolutely love your Avon collection. Do you happen to have any pill boxes? Specifically looking for the red heart pill case by Avon. (:?

strawberrymoon1@myagrace17 Hi! I hope things are going well. I wanted to ask you about curriculum you use in the classroom. Do you see a trend in content change and teaching approaches lately? Do you make your own worksheets in addition to the materials? I am seeing some changes and wanted to ask. πŸ’—πŸ™

myagrace17@strawberrymoon1 My teaching styles have definitely changed over the years. We teach four different novels throughout the course of a year and yes... I supplement with many activities I create. I rarely use worksheets. My students all have an iPad so we use a lot of technology. I need to make sure I create engaging lessons and activities so my students respond...lol...

strawberrymoon1@myagrace17 Wow! Thanks for sharing all of that. 4 novels are amazing. Technology in the classrooms really makes a difference. I love iPads. Most of the teachers I work with are trying to get away from worksheets. I get the need to make lessons engaging. Where do you find inspiration for those activities? Are they typically more hands on? Thanks for sharing!!! πŸ™πŸ’–

myagrace17@strawberrymoon1 I teach in an inner city school so I need all the engaging lessons I can put together to keep my students motivated and wanting to read...lol. I'm blessed that I'm creative. I put together most of my lessons, sometimes using pinterest and internet ideas. I look at the standards and just go from there. Yes...time consuming but SO worth it!! Love interacting with you!

strawberrymoon1@myagrace17 I appreciate you sharing your process. So valuable and helpful. It’s wonderful to have regular opportunities to utilize your creative gifts. How very blessed your students are that you care about their learning and want to engage them in lessons that are meaningful and interesting to them. It is sooo time consuming!! Really beautiful!! I appreciate connecting with you. Thank you so much!! πŸ™πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–
