Vintage brass anemone flowers belt buckle

Lovely and unusual vintage varnished picture buckle, featuring a still life painting with anemone flowers & a little Asian figurine. The colors have a wonderful aged fade to them. It's light weight, and I believe it may be brass plated pot metal, it's stamp says "master works" it can Accommodate 1 1/2"- 1 3/4" belts. Belt in last photo for show and not included.
