It is a Patent Pending made in Italy Lord and Taylor keychain telescoping cigarette holder that fits into the bullet size brass Vial unscrews from top and leather wrapped canister containing the cigarette holder, perfect for containing all the secrets, stashes, and curiosities you may have.
