Lovely LBD cocktail number. Just amazing. The bodice is lace over gray fabric. The lace has some raised flower appliqué. The skirt is full. The skirt part is lined in black. Gently worn preloved condition. There are darts on bust. No stretch. Please view photos for further description. This is a true vintage item. It was size 8 but looks like modern 2. Approximate Measurements: top of shoulder to bottom 42 inches inches. Waist is 26 inches Armpit to armpit is 16 inches flat.( 32 inch bust)

lisaslovelies What do you think the fabric content is? polyester? cotton? taffeta? could it be hand washed or need dry cleaning? thank you!

poshruckus @lisaslovelies I am not home at the moment. I will look at the fabric/tag when I get home this evening. However, the bottom half feels like it has cotton content and not purely rayon. I think dry cleaning might be your better option just because you don’t know if the vintage fabrics will bleed onto the lighter area. I think you could hand wash cold though. I adore this dress but it doesn’t fit me.

lisaslovelies @poshruckus thank you! it looks like a lovely dress and it has to fit perfectly! My waist is 28” but if the fabric gives some it could work??!! Always a gamble on the fit without getting to try it on! I’m 5’2” so it will be a midi on me.
