Hello, I’m Shari. One of our longtime Poshers, Julia Flowers, moved to Heaven on April 30,2020. Her friendship and love changed my life, and enriched many others also. All profits from items marked with 2 purple hearts will be donated in her name so she can continue to be involved here in spirit. We love you Julia ❤️ Our closet will be closed through 2020 in memoriam to Julia and will reopen in 2021. The 2021 recipient is Rocks4Socks, a charity benefiting children in Kentucky. The 2022 recipient of $160 will be Taylorsville Adopt A Child in Taylorsville, KY. Thank you all for helping to donate in Julia's memory.

We got to visit several times this past year, I have a notebook filled with her texts, photos, videos, things that I cherish now. We knew time was running out and she was determined to say goodbye to her Poshers, so she wrote her farewells for me to post after she was gone. I was honored to be asked, we miss her already. ❤️😞

lacie510 She will be remembered and loved forever. Julia was one in a million. While we knew it was coming it still hurts to the core. She was so amazing. To have been so lucky to walk with her through this since before she told Mark (or totally diagnosed by doctors) she has remained totally strong. One amazing lady !!! But our BIG regret is not getting to visit Julia once more- had to cancel our visit in March due to health reasons, didn’t think she would go so quickly. She was doing well a week ago, things changed too suddenly.😔💔

Juliasworld was our baby- I told her what I wanted to do- and she LOVED helping me design it, etc., it gave her a reason to be excited and look forward to the future, like she would still be a part of Posh afterwards. She was SPECIAL in so many ways- called me her “IQ twin,”❤️❤️. I’ll never ever forget her.

juliasworld When we moved to Kentucky in October, we didn’t know that the large white tree in the center of this picture, which is about 100 yards from us on the end of our cul-de-sac, is known to the locals as the “angel tree.” Local lore has it that if you go up to the tree, place your hand on it, and make a wish, your wish will come true. I firmly believe it’s a sign that Julia is here with us, and will always be💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

I never had a chance to meet Julia in person, but we talked about her vertigo and how it was so bad that Mark was quitting his job to take care of her. I’m guessing it was really the cancer and she didn’t want to tell me. The comments made me cry. I can’t believe it’s been a year already. There’s been so many times I’ve had a question and she’s not there to ask. How’s Mark?
