Zara 3/4 sleeve navy white striped mini dress DR

Excellent condition Zara mini dress. 3/4 sleeves that flare out to give the dress some interest. Small keyhole in the back with navy button closure. Material is thick enough for full coverage and has a bit of stretch. Fits like a shift. Looks great with tights and/or OTK boots when it gets cooler.
