twwttw @alexbentley6 hahaha. They need to just do what ebay does and put similar items we buy in the home page feed. Imposing their will in the notifications section is just bad business. I’m sure everyone turned off their phone setting for notifications because of it. The tab is useless.

cyclomatic411 You guys @alexbentley6, @timw405, @xxstephenxx745, do realize, this is only a sellers/buyers tool within the app that grants greater exposure to sellers and buyers? And there are 4 Posh party events, daily. Your not obligated to participate at all. But this is what Poshmark is about. And hopefully you've learned, you control your feed by who you follow and brands of your interest. Happy Poshing guys!

twwttw @cyclomatic411 they should have an option for you to tailor what kind of notifications you want (like most apps allow you to). I want notifications like comments, shipping notices, etc. I don’t want notifications on Poshmark events. If I want to buy something I’ll search for it. I have absolutely 0 interest in the items shown in these Poshmark events. PM should also give us the option to send direct messages to sellers and give us notifications on those.

ohsusannamarie SAME. I have BLOCKED @ pm_editor AND turned off ALL Party Invite notifications and still continue to get SPAMMED w @ pm_editor notifications. I'd REALLY like to turn off these notifications, as they're excessive and I end up overlooking important notifications about my listings.

jnmielcarek A frustrating aspect of Poshmark for sure. I've contacted Poshmark to request the option to stop marketing messages/spam. Maybe if Poshmark gets flooded with requests to opt out of these messages, they'll start to take it seriously. I'm close to discontinuing my account because of this single issue. It's very disrespectful to ignore members' requests.

purewaves I emailed support they said it can't be turned off even if you disable party invites or block that account. I go to my feed to check offers and new items I don't need unwanted party invites for sandals and kids clothes. It's really irritating.

vintaglectible I have not been able to list anything for weeks because when I try to, Posh tries to get me to install their App even though I am on a desktop and not a mobile device. Makes the site useless for me. I have contacted support multiple times and never get an answer. Just get same "please send user info, screen captures, etc" which I have done. And yes, the pm editor and invites you can't turn off make this site complete crap. ...and while I'm at it..... the way photos get cropped is dump.

They stopped me from opening up the app to get actual notifications that are needed when I’m purchasing things… So I’ve just stopped purchasing things from Poshmark. jonesat23 if anyone ever finds a new selling and buying app that doesn’t harass you into “parties” (literally who wants to be begged to attend 6 parties a day on their phone 😭) and has decent selling fees and a shipping system let me know! i’ve tried dep. but find the shipping to be confusing and kind of like instagram rather than selling. Totally understand that they do it and it provides outreach but if we have them blocked and reported…. then i feel like this shouldn’t even be a conversation.

I've made two purchases. The first seller vanished with no communication and no shipping. The second has been AWOL for the 8 days after purchase. (He joined, included a picture, listed the item I bought, and has never returned.) I just want what I bought and, instead of getting notifications about my purchase, the invitations clog

jenjoub Excessive PM Editor message make it extremely difficult to identify actually important messages like offers, etc. I’ve legit missed offers to sales because they were hidden in the bowels of excessive PM editor messages. So frustrating. They should be in a separate category of messages. Not mixed in with offers.
