missmarfiI normally wear a small or medium, but according to this size chart my hips will put me in the XL range. Does the dress really run -that- small? I’m wondering if the hip measurement is less relevant to this piece because of the slit leg/seems so flowy

rougelips@missmarfi the measurements are accurate, I personally measure by hand. The dress does run small. If you order an XL, and it’s too loose, we can arrange an exchange. Or you can order a L, and then exchange for XL if it’s too small. 😉

rougelips@lmetzger85 XL will definitely be too big. But M seems to fit your measurements. I have it in front of me. The bust I am not worried about - it’s backless, so it’ll fit. The waist measures 27” when flat. But it stretches some, so it’ll be perfectly snug. The hips measure 35”. I am looking at my size chart right now and think I may have to recheck all sizes, because it seems a but off.

The back measures 50” (measured from the waist down, because it’s backless, I measured the fabric only). Hope that makes sense
