PUMA Roma non marking sneakers, rubber laces

Just bought these, but they’re slightly too big on me. Practically brand new, very minor scuffing (a quick scrub and they could pass as brand new!). Rubber, no tie laces. Super comfortable! Size says US 6.5C, not sure what that means, but they are definitely about a 7.5 in women’s (I wear a 7 in sneakers and these are just a little too roomy for me).
