Elegant fit n flare black and blue dress

This is a knee length (above knee length for me as I’m 5’9”) dress. It’s a very thick and stretchy material. Size 8. Cinched at the waist, and flares out. Good for pear shapes! Machine washable, no holes/ tears/stains/etc. Got it a kohl’s a few years ago for a wedding.
