This High Low Dress is so cute with a belt! The front is reminiscent of a wrap dress and features fabric draping over itself, getting shorter on the wearer’s left hand side. It is a bit sheer when worn, but nothing a pair of tights won’t fix! It would also be super cute as a beach cover up!
