Gibson Latimer floral print dress.

Beautiful yellow and blue floral print dress. Has pretty pleated detail on bodice. A bit of a hi low hem line. I am missing the belt, but the loop holes are still attached, so you could easily pair one with it. I think this could be worn spring through fall honestly. The colors would transition well and you could pair with her a cute cardigan. Great used condition.
