sherrymossaz @1milehigh No if you are not wearing you need to keep in a zip lock bag. I will put in a nontarnish paper as well. When someone purchases I include that when I mail off. If you use silver cleaner it may take the shine off. I have pieces as well as large supplies of beads that are all in zip lock bags and none have turned...but if you leave sitting out and don't wear..it will turn. Hope that helps!
