@gsaykal sorry, it was on the 7th photo. I edited the listing and added a better photo of the small red spots. It is not stain, it is like some red thread that got in the lace; I tried removing them but couldn't. Waist 13 inches, hips 16inches and I added the photo for reference on how I measured them.
