rougelips @mallary0925 I think with a sweater, she is safe in the temperatures as low as 20 F. But that’s my estimate. When I lived in NYC, that’s the kind of jackets I used to wear. It’s my subjective opinion, but i hope that helps. ☺️

lisathescotcst Hi. You say it runs small but a 39 bust and waist to me seems huge for an XS. Usually a S(4) is 34 bust and 27 waist.

rougelips @lisathescotcst The numbers in the chart are actual measurements. A jacket should be at least 5-10” more than your bust measurement, unless it’s a tight fitting jacket. This one is designed as a puffer jacket, supposed to have room inside. If you have a measuring tape, you can measure your own jackets at home for comparison ☺️
