characircle @tindi I don't think so. You have to hold your authenticity card which will match your Hologram serial number. After all, Hologram serial number is the most important thing in the re-sell world. Missing authenticity card is very normal. I even have a Chanel the hologram fall off after years. However, I still have no issue to bring it back to the boutique for maintenance.
