This is a beautiful, rare, and very collectible 58 year old vintage carré designed by Francoise Heron titled “Le Timbalier” first issued by Hermès in 1961. The design depicts a 'Timbalier,' or a timpanist, a mounted royal drummer riding his decorated mount playing his drums rendered in amazing intricate detail. This is a rare, original 1961 issue per its copyright symbol. This scarf is a work of art suitable for framing.

malak68 @missi_stitch The detail in this scarf is really incredible! I’m hoping someone wants to frame it as art as so many people do with Hermes scarves. The pictures don’t do it justice.
