@kejameson2 The XL would be the best fit - the bra band laying flat is 15” and stretches to 19 1/2”. I hope this helps. Sorry I can’t offer more guidance. Thanks for visiting my closet.

@freespirit50 Hi, these are lined but do not have padding and they are not made to accommodate padding. If you prefer the padding, these wouldn’t work for you. Sorry...wish I could have been more helpful😊
