everyinchofchic @silgil95 Thanks for your patience! Measurements in the listing were taken from the top of the shoulder. I took new measurements from the waist to the bottom hem: 39.5” front and 40.5” back.

everyinchofchic @silgil95 you’re welcome! It fits like a dress size 0 or 2... tie waist is adjustable for fit which is nice! Yes, has some stretch. I can take more measurements - just let me know what you need.
