Is leather soft ...... does top zip up or just flap over?

@sgrace15 hi there are two zippers one in the front as seen in picture the other is located on the top of the bag in between the two big openings as seen in another pic there’s a zipper and there is only one flap located in the front of the bag I hope this helps thank you for your interest
